Leopold Hotel
Bathroom smelled badly of sewage. Next room they moved me to had a broken safe. Safe couldn't be fixed as there were only 2 staff on duty covering breakfast, reception, and everything else. This place is seriously lacking funding to run effectively.

I do not recommend this hotel. It is understaffed and unprepared for busy periods. Breakfast is poorly stocked with frequent waiting, towels “run out” during the day (??). Room was fine. Disabled toilet was very unclean and brought to attention of staff. Also we felt it was a bit mean that we couldn't check in 50 mins before 3 but we were able to leave luggage

Nice location but the actual hotel need updating. They have slapped some paint around but it needs a proper refit. Also the beds are very hard

It doesn't help that hotels.com use a different grading for rooms to the hotels own website so I didn't actually get the type of room I was expecting.
