"If you need a cute little place to stay while you are working nearby, driving on through on an adventure or a quiet get away from the city this is it. Walkable to the cute town of Campbellford, a 3km walk to the cool suspension bridge and while on route you can stop at the giant toonie. I use it for work fairly often and it's clean, quiet and peaceful."

"Generally, everything was fantastic. However, we stayed there for three days two times in the last two weeks. And we had stayed at Cottage 5. There were some issues with the plumbing in the washroom. I was told the issues would be addressed when we had left the first time. However, they were not addressed. In fact, I found the host quite rude. She had told me that the last people who just left never had an issue. So I took a video and brought it back to the host. To prove my point that there is an issue. And I mentioned that if any damages had occurred while I’m staying there, it would not be my fault. I found the experience insulting. I don’t think I will go back because of that experience. There’s definitely issues with the maintenance on the cottages. In fact quite rundown. I think the host should have better people skills."

"My family of 7 enjoyed our stay here. We were a bit tight for space, but thankfully the beautiful weather made it so that was not an issue at all.Pros:-the windows looking out at the lake-the muskoka chairs and deck space-kitchen was well stocked, nice big fridge-the watersports-tennis court is great to have but is in need of some tlc-hosts were responsiveCons:-didn't realize beforehand there wasn't air conditioning which made our nights very hot. The newly purchased fans saved us-no dishwasherOverall, we really liked the cottage and the area it is in."
