A clean, warm, and enjoyable stay

We stayed for a few days with our child. They enjoyed the pool (we did not, it was very cold!) but we did enjoy the hot tub! Sergio was amazing! They are a kind and thoughtful person, who gave us respectful attention and made us feel safe. Kudos and a raise to them!

My makeup bag fell out of my duffel bag as once I checked in and I noticed the next Day and asked the front desk to see if anyone brought it to the front desk or found it and no one even checked the cameras and never heard back from the maintenance manager. I was disappointed not more could be done, although it accidentally fell out of my possession.
