The spa was spotlessly clean and really well kept with friendly staff. The breakfast was good but I didn't feel welcomed, my breakfast wasn't included and I was followed and watched like a criminal, even though I gave my room number and name to the host. The option of signing the breakfast charge to the room was apparently not possible. I paid for bfast at the reception only to be asked to pay for it again two days later during checkout! The name on the TV screen was of another guest and it was not changed at all during pur stay lol..Overall, it's a nice hotel but some minor improvements are needed, especially with customer service."
