Room 207 you can hear the sliding entry door open and close every time someone enters. By hearing the door an example would be a train coming across the tracks. The nice receptionist said there was a room when I asked to change. Unfortunately the manager VETOd that bc they didn’t have enough staff to flip my room. So I listened to the train track sliding door for 4 straight nights 👍.

The property looked great and was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been in. The location was good. The staff was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, none of that matters because the walls are paper thin. We walked as lightly as possible but could still hear and feel each other’s footsteps all the way from the bathroom with the water running. Rolling the desk chair sounds like thunder rumbling. We tried our best to be quiet. There were very few guests there when we went. But the slightest movement upstairs echoed through our room. The people upstairs were constantly moving the furniture, running, and dropping what from our room sounded like bowling balls. Although they were probably just kids toys. I don’t blame the other guests. It was definitely a structural issue. When the water ran upstairs it sounded like a train was rolling by and when they dropped things our headboard would literally shake. My 4 year old kept telling me she was scared. I had to keep telling her that we were safe and had to keep my hands over her ears all night so she could sleep. It’s a shame because it’s a really nice hotel. But we can’t go back there. If we had planned on staying for more than one night, I would’ve asked for my money back. I would rather sleep in the car than deal with that again.

I was there for less than 10 hours. I needed a place to sleep and take a hot shower. There was no hot water. I was told that they weren’t supposed to tell guests but one of Their 2 water heaters was down. If I had known I would have booked somewhere well for $170 a night.

We had no hot water for our stay, a fact that the hotel did nothing to improve. In fact, they didn’t even make us aware that it was an ongoing issue…I had to say something to the front desk. Their response was that they had people working on it. So after a second day of no hot water, they were still “working on it,” and when I asked for a credit on my bill, I was told “the manager has to decide that.” Hot water in 15 degree temperatures is a necessity and the fact that they couldn’t provide it and didn’t provide a refund is shameful.
