Building is brand new and very clean, within walking distance of nightlife and shopping district. Breakfast was just a to-go box consisting of half of a sandwich, a rice ball, and 2 cherry tomatoes. You also got a juice box. Thankfully, the coffee machine on first floor is very nice.
