The room is excellent! The beds are top-notch. There are a variety of pillows so you can choose the level of firmness you prefer. There are lots of good TV channels. The snack bar has a good variety. Staff are very polite and professional.

It was overall an OK stay. Compared to some of the other Holiday Inn Express, the building and rooms felt dated and could use an upgrade. The staff was helpful and breakfast was quite nice.

Safety issue with our roll-shower water flows on tile floor and becomes dangerously slippery and almost fell! Bad situation ! Also need some repairs on wall electric outlets coming off wall also other outs excessively worn out.Ice maker defective on our floor. And last but no least mold around our shower floor !

This was a VERY clean, reasonably priced Hotel. We were very happy with the staff and service. It was a great find midway through our journey. There is a police substation nearby and the mall directly behind the hotel has on staff security nightly. There is plenty to eat locally from Interstate 12 in Louisiana in Covington La.
