The aesthetics should have been better. i.e. *Curtains in the room were old, thin and very wrinkled, probably from washing, which I appreciate *Carpets in the room and halls were very worn and stained *The landscaping needed sprucing up Overall everything looked and felt very clean.

Because of COVID we had minimal contact with staff, but she was friendly and helpful. The room seemed to be clean, just have to hope the housekeeping staff is following the guidelines for cleaning during this time.

The staff throughout the hotel was very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional! The absolute best hotel we have visited in a long while!

Housekeeping didn't clean bathroom well enough... toothpaste on the walls and we had to call down and get more toilet paper!!! Also... didn’t leave enough towels and washcloths for two people... only one. Bed was not as comfortable as the first time we stayed.

wrong room

Paid for room a week before and paid for 1 king bed. At check-in was informed that I was to receive a room with 2 queen beds. I paid extra for the king. When brought up the guy at the counter said "guess you should have read the fine print. You dont get what pay for."
