We called the front desk as the elevator was making a horrible noise that you could hear in your room. It was so loud it was horrible and we couldn’t sleep. They said they would put it out of service but it kept happening, we called a second time and they said the same thing. but it kept happening my husband told them again the morning that we couldn’t sleep and that they should compensate us. They offered 10% off. Disgusting. Never again.

Our stay was comfortable and the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Parking was very convenient. The area around hotel is industrial and you have a small drive to restaurants and shopping but it’s a nice quiet area.

Breakfast was good. Parking was nice and easy. The hallway on floor 2 smelled horrible. Thankfully that smell didn’t linger into the room but it was bad enough that my daughter even said it “smelled like a skunk sprayed” and that smell lingered the couple days we were there. The pool was really cold when my daughter and I tried to use it. Overall the stay was really nice though. Room was clean, ice machine was fully functional. Bed was comfortable. Good stay overall

I have stayed there about 3 times. So I will talk about small things this time which made the stay additionally better... The breakfast spread was great as always, the TV upgrade was a good surprised to see it was a smart tv (connected with wifi) and also bigger in size than my previous stays. The coffee/tea at the front of the hotel is always appreciated as its great when you are driving for quiet a while. Service is always good, staff is friendly and doesn't bother guests a plus plus! parking lot is clean.

Best stay we have had in many years. Of course this is a new hotel but everything about it was comfortable, relaxing, good atmosphere. The room was very nice, comfortable beds, washrooms and great decor. Great check-in experience and a decent hotel breakfast with gluten free items that impressed us. Very clean serving, dining areas. We will definitely return here for our grandson’s hockey games and other events. Thank you Hampton Inn and Suites for a relaxing, comfortable stay!
