"Beautiful New Hotel in an excellent location on North Rock Road. Inside was beautiful, quiet, and clean. My problem was that I was put on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working properly, I had to push to go up in order to go down. It's such a new hotel made me wonder #1 why isn't the elevator working properly? & #2 why would you put people on this floor if your hotel was not 100% full? I was supposed to get food credit in the amenity, yet the front desk person was very vague about the procedure and amount, therefore I did not use my credits for fear of unexpected costs."
