Both Bed spreads had dozens of cigarette burn holes on them, TV had a big crack, empty tissue box, curtains had tears, just felt like the room had no care into cleaning or setting it up.

Carpet was soaking wet due to staff attempting to shampoo carpets the day of check in. Room smelt strong of dog urine despite poor attempts of cleaning the carpet and the bedding reeked of cigarettes to the point my children and I smelt of stale cigarettes.

The room and everything in it was run down and the motel smelled. The staff was good and understood why we wanted a refund and would not stay there. The images only were deceptive. The outside was repainted and there was a banner over the Super 8 sign on the front of the building. We did get our refund.

Everything about this stay was wonderful! The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I had an amazing experience from start to finish.

Absolutely perfect stay! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, making everything easy and enjoyable. The location was convenient with shops and dining nearby. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—definitely a 10/10!

Sheets had stains, floor had lots of stains, the door security latch was missing, the smoke detector was missing, the room art was defaced, the microwave didn't work, there was no soap, the towel was a large washcloth, the elevator was broken, the exterior building locks were dismantled, the wifi was sketchy (possible hacking attempts). This used to be my go-to motel in Kansas for cross country trips but I probably won't be staying again.
