Leah Twigg from the check in was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. She made us feel comfortable from the get. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever received(and we stayed at the four seasons before).

Front desk receptionist was excellent when we checked in, helpful with our need for handicap parking, etc. There was no one at the desk at check-out for us to recommend filling the shower soap container (which was empty) and using some drain cleaner in the bathroom sink. Loud Noise in the parking lot & hallway when we were trying to sleep was disturbing. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. The price was right for us. Probably will stay there again.

The staff checking us in were very polite, friendly and made you feel welcomed. The breakfast the next morning was above & beyond the morning breakfast at other hotels. The entire hotel was spotless and staff also did a wonderful job with the Halloween decorations! They were amazing!!!

Rooms were not clean. Called the front desk and manager wanted to hand me the sheets so I could change the bedding, staff member gave me another room instead. Hair was all over the sheets and in the bathroom. Not a very pleasant stay. Will not stay at the Hampton Inn again.
