Magnífico tercer piso directo frente al golfo condominio de 1 habitación

Nuestra unidad 304 en Royal Palms se ha actualizado recientemente con una cama king size, pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas en el dormitorio principal, nueva pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas en la sala de estar, sofá cama doble, pintura fresca, tablones nuevos y alfombra junto con granito nuevo. La cocina completamente equipada. Una lavadora y secadora están disponibles en la unidad. En la sala de estar, ofrecemos un reproductor de DVD inteligente que proporciona acceso a Hulu, Netflix y otros servicios en línea en la sala de estar. Por lo tanto, si tiene cuentas para estos servicios, ¡disfrutará de las mismas opciones de entretenimiento que tiene en casa! También se proporciona Internet WIFI ilimitado.

Otra característica muy agradable son las literas del pasillo para niños: ¡les encantan! Disfrutará de vistas espectaculares hacia el este y el oeste para disfrutar de hermosos amaneceres y atardeceres que son perfectos.

Royal Palms es un edificio directo de condominios de baja densidad frente al golfo. Se encuentra al lado del muelle estatal para disfrutar de una maravillosa pesca y disfrute. Mientras estés aquí, asegúrate de ir al famoso Hangout para disfrutar de buena comida y bandas en vivo ubicadas en la playa a solo 1 milla de Royal Palms. Nos encanta la ubicación a poca distancia de varias atracciones principales y es casi como tener la playa para nosotros.

Otro gran lugar para ir es el parque acuático Waterville a solo 2 millas del condominio y el parque de atracciones es excelente. Ir en carros, paseos en puenting, putt putt golf, todo lo imaginable.

Ideal location

Relaxing on the balcony while enjoying a beautiful view of the Gulf is a great experience. It was nice to be in a less hectic area with such easy access to beach. Enjoyed walking the beach and state park trails.

Early Spring Break “March”

If you want a nice quiet place to take young kids on Spring Break outside of the High School hustle this is the place and Beach to do it at!Condo owners are Exceptional and the atmosphere is perfect. Only 1 hour from the USS Alabama and the Nature park is just down the road.If you like to walk to areas it is 1.2 miles from all the nightlife you could want!

I love the location, being beside the state park means the beach is not as crowded and you can get to restaurants and activities in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach easily. The condo was nice and the owners were readily available for questions and concerns.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Very easy walk to the beach during hurricane Helene my boys ages 4 & 7 were very satisfied with the pools. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall acceptable but the couch needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable for sitting. Did not use the pullout bed in the couch so not sure how it laid. Fine for two but wouldn’t try to put 6 in there unless 4 were kids.

Beach trip before knee surgery

This property was nasty when we got there had to clean the showers the counter top take out the trash and clean the toilets the front balcony was nasty and there was dog hair in the living room the balcony chairs were cheap and we're definitely too low so you had to look through the bars to see the ocean I will say the condo had good water pressure and a good coffee machine the bed was old and too hard and the sheets were something that my grandmother might have put on this condo has so much better possibilities than what we experienced

Review

Stay was very good. Had everything you would expect in the room. Only negatives were minor. Smoke alarm went off several times in the middle of the night for no reason. Facility gym only had two treadmills and not a gym. Wifi was not good and made it very difficult to communicate with our baseball team for updates or look things up while in the room. Some of these things may not apply to everyone. Overall it was good but feel the price point is a bit high compared to other that stayed closer to the main part of the strip.

Great location

This condo is in a great location. Beach is not crazy packed and you have plenty of room. Everything is close and easily accessible. The only thing I had a problem with is the supposed “beach storage” that the complex has. DO NOT use it. People allegedly believe it’s a lost and found or communal beach equipment. All of our beach stuff we stored there on the first day was gone when we came to get set up on the beach. My kids were devastated. I was able to get our beach chairs back and a couple of sand toys but lost multiple scoops, shovels, nets and water toys. Other than that experience, we enjoyed the condo.

May Vacay / first time in Gulf Shores

First time in Gulf Shores. Usually go to Destin. First I want to say, we’ve stayed in enough condos to honestly say they are almost all the same. A condo is a condo. That being said, Unit 304 at Royal Palms was perfect for my wife and I. It says it’ll sleep 6 with the bunks and sofa sleeper but honestly, any more than 2 adults and maybe 2 younger kids and you’d be pushin it. Perfect for a couple and maybe put a more comfortable couch in living room. I could say this about other condos we’ve stayed in so I digress. Ice maker didn’t work and owners were aware but didn’t say so up front. We managed with some ice trays we found. Had a little snafu with parking pass. The cleaning staff didn’t leave on counter and we had a little run in with little big man at gate. Found parking pass buried deep in guest book. My wife felt the condo, especially the kitchen area could have been cleaner. Crumbs and grease in places that were pretty obvious. The swimming pool is tiny and I mean tiny. All that being said, we really enjoyed staying at the Palms. I’m not complaining but if nobody says anything, these things are not going to be addressed by the owners who live in another state and Michael & Michele were super nice!! (Get that Ice maker fixed ;-) The location of the Palms was a big thing that we both really liked. It did feel a lot more private and not over crowded. Beach access was awesome and we really did enjoy the feel of Gulf Shores all in all…

What a great spot!

This was a very clean rental! And the location was perfect for us, on the quieter end of the beach by the state park. It was still pretty easy to walk to dinner each evening. The indoor and outdoor pools were great when we needed a break from the beach. Comfortable bed, and we really appreciated the nightlights in the bathrooms.

Perfect Quiet Location

We just enjoyed Spring Break here and we had the best time! The location of this place is perfect- it’s right next to the state park which gave us plenty of room on the beach as it filled up. We were also located a bit away (but still walkable for us) from the busier part of Gulf Shores so it was quiet and felt very safe. The hot tub at this place is the hottest one I’ve ever been in which was nice coming out of the cooler ocean. We enjoyed the layout of the condo as well. One thing to consider is the bunk beds are shorter than regular beds so our 14 year old was not the right size but simply slept on the pull out couch. Communication was excellent with the owner, very prompt and friendly. The supplies on site were nice. Very nice bath towels and some nice beach towels available too. They really had everything. If you go for a longer stay, you may also want to consider bringing some extra dishwasher soap. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
