Great

Great place! Only suggestion is better furniture in living area (very run down) and more pots and pans to cook with. Love that it was dog friendly and love that every sleeping area had its own bathroom. Fit 14 comfortable. Sofa beds not that great! Short distance to the beach was great!

Very Disappointed

We had roaches in the upstairs bathroom and kitchen and bed room, the pull out couch was broken in the upstairs living space so we had to go buy an air mattress, the landscaping was so over grown that a bush scrapped my car when trying to pull in the driveway, the people before us never put the trash out so the cans were over flowing and the trash man would not take all the trash when he did come, the large pool was broken and the small one was so crowded that we could not enjoy either pools. The drains in the bathrooms would not drain properly so when you showered there was 3 inches of water in the bottom of the tub, the TV kept going in and out while we were trying to watch the Olympics. There were not enough pots and pans to cook with so we had to go and buy some so we could feed our family. Over all it was not the most enjoyable vacation we will not be renting this home again.

THE WORST CHECK-IN EVER TOOK OVER THREE HOUR TO GET IN THE HOUSE BECAUSE THE KEY PAD WASN'T WORKING.

IN SIDE THE HOUSE WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN.OUTSIDE FELT MORE BEING IN THE SWAMP LAND VS BEING ON THE BEACH. IT TOOK US OVER THREE HOUR TO ENTER INTO THE HOUSE BECAUSE THE KEY PAD NOR THE LOCK BOX WASN'T WORKING. WE HAD TO WAIT ON A LOCKSMITH. ALSO, WE WERE UNABLE TO OPEN THE REFRIGERATORE FREEZER. I HAD TO KEEP BUYING ICE THE ENTIRE WEEKEND. MOST OF ALL,NO ONE FROM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HAS REACHED OUT TO ME REGARDING MY COMPLAINT!!

Cool place!

It's a very cool place and the location is excellent! I would say sleeping more than 16 people is a bit of a squeeze. There are several "pull-out" sofa options but they aren't very comfortable. All in all it was very nice!

Not enough beds- be cautious

Keep in mind when considering beds that “sofa beds” in each room are rock-hard mini couches that are unbearably painful to sleep in. I wouldn’t even want to sit in them, let alone sleep for a week. Beautiful house, but can probably sleep 3-4 less than stated.

Great house to visit!

The house was amazing, location was great but we did have issues with internet/wifi in house and also mobile service was weak at the location. Other than that a great place to stay.
