Deja Vista es perfecto para grandes reuniones familiares con 5 dormitorios, 5 baños y 2 medios baños. El gran plan de piso abierto, vidrio frontal del ascensor, y vistas pintorescas son sólo algunas de las muchas razones por las que esta casa de vacaciones ha sido uno de los favoritos para muchos !!!!

Hay 3 dormitorios con camas de matrimonio, ropa de cama de lujo, cada uno con su propio baño privado y nueva pantalla plana LCD TV de 42 "!!! 1 habitación con literas con 1 doble con camas gemelas y una con literas completas y baño privado, y una habitación extra abuhardillada en la azotea en la planta superior con una cama doble, y una litera doble y medio, TV LCD de 32 pulgadas y su propio privado baño.
enorme terraza en la azotea increíble, con barra, minibar y nevera, para las noches especiales ver los atardeceres.

La sala de estar y el comedor están abiertos a la gran cocina con todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, máquina de hielo y una enorme barra de desayuno que tiene capacidad para 8! A un lado de la sala de estar es un gran balcón cubierto con vistas a la arena blanca, aguas azules y puestas de sol increíbles !!!!
Cada grupo tiene, altavoces de sonido envolvente al aire libre. equipo de sonido es compatible con AirPlay.

Memories Made

We had wonderful weather and enjoyed our stay! The house gave us plenty of room for our party of 12. Although we were not able to use the elevator during our stay (advice from the elevator maintenance man), we managed the three stories of stairs ok, but the elevator would have helped out a lot! The area is practically commercial free, which is what we wanted. We loved, loved, loved the practically deserted beach during our stay, which was another reason to book this house. Fort Morgan was only about a mile away and we really enjoyed spending a couple of hours there also (Veterans get in free!).

Perfect family trip for the whole crew.

Deja View is a beautiful beach house. It was perfect for us, our kids and their spouses, and all of the grands. I didn't realize that the rooftop bedroom had a separate entrance. I guess i missed that when reading the description. The grands enjoyed the beach toys available and the darts game. The pool was only a short walk away. The covered porches were wonderful with a nice breeze everyday. The only thing missing would be another family room so the kids can play their games while the adults make use of the living room.

Handicap accessible

My husband is handicapped and the elevator made all the difference in being able to go to the beach with our 3 generations. The beach was not crowded at all. We had plenty of room and had a memorable time together.

Best family week!

We had 16 family members stay here with plenty of room! 6 grands who have never been to the beach, they loved the bunk room! Views from the decks were amazing! Our young adult girls loved the loft and were happy to have a little get away from the madness of 6 littles in the house. So many memories were made. A very quiet part of the beach so it felt like it was all ours. We are very sad our week is over but so happy to have all the memories. Dana was very fast to respond to any messages we sent her. Book the trip, make the memories, you won't regret it!

Vacation Getaway

Views from top balcony are amazing!! Overall experience was pleasant. We did have issues with elevator at times but able to fix with instructions from property owner. So many stairs when elevator not working or someone forgot to close the door for elevator to be used. Ice machines were not the greatest, was really looking forward to having our own big ice machine but it didn’t work properly the first couple of days and by the time it did, didn’t produce much. Beach access was convenient and able to leave stuff down at the beach with no worries of it being messed with. Also really enjoyed not having big crowds around us!! The loft on the roof was nice for the teenagers that went with us who enjoyed having their own space!

Amazingly peaceful!

We have been vacationing on the gulf for over 40 years and this was our favorite so far! For our group of 8, kids/ grandkids it was perfect! ( we used the loft room for gaming and reading,perfect bonus for us) The house was amazing! Comfortable, well stocked kitchen,games,beach chairs and toys. The Beach access was such a plus. We have grown tired of all the crowds and this area is heavenly, more wildlife, gorgeous unobstructed views…peaceful! We really enjoyed the rooftop deck for stargazing! The stars were brilliant because…no surrounding condos and lights!! Thanks to the wonderful hosts who responded to any messages very quickly! We will definitely be back!!

Great Property. Fantastic Location!!

So impressed with this property and it’s owners. The house is beautiful and served all of our needs. The bedrooms are very large and the kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. The owners quickly responded to a housekeeping issue upon arrival and the matter was resolved within hours. I will certainly keep this property as a favorite for future vacations.

Beautiful view and location!

Beautiful views! Easily accessible to the beach. All of the patio furniture was superb. The opening living room and kitchen furniture was clean and nice shape. We were steps away from the beach which made it awesome with our little ones. We could make several trips to the house while the rest of us stayed on the beach. The kitchen was full of amenities. The 2nd refrigerator and ice maker downstairs was a bonus.

House needs major attention!

I have went back and forth about giving a review or not since the property owner/manager just accuses everyone that leaves a bad review a liar. We made the best of our trip but the house has obviously been damaged by a hurricane and not repaired the way it needs to be repaired. The decks are very unsafe! We couldn’t all sit out there because it was so cracked and leaning. The house looks like it’s leaning. The pictures online are clearly before it was impacted by a hurricane. Most of the blinds were still broken, glass in a window seal, one of the king beds was broken, all 3 pull out beds were broken, a living room chair arm was broken, the oven doors won’t close all the way, kitchen cabinets won’t close, no ice maker, pots and pans need thrown away, lights in the 2nd floor bathroom and the loft bathroom didn’t work, dangerous concrete block steps to access the beach, huge rats running around under the house in the parking area. The elevator wouldn’t go to the roof top, even with no one on it. The 2 gate codes we were given never worked. We would have to ask someone nearby what the code was. I could go on and on. The city needs to condemn this property until it gets fixed properly. The neighbor even agreed that it needs fixed and that they hear a lot of complaints from renters of this home. We have stayed in several vacation rental houses and have never seen a house in this bad of shape. For the price of this rental, it needs some major improvements! We will not recommend this property to anyone.

Renters be aware! When we arrived at this home we found so many things wrong which I will list below: Elevator not working Outside stair railing to the front door was barely attached, if you had to hold onto it, it would have fallen off the staircase No ice maker in this home, even though in the rental notes it stated there was one. Sink in the 1/2 bath off of the kitchen, was falling off of the wall. I called the owner about the danger of this and how my grandson had grabbed the sink basin and I was afraid the sink would fall off the wall and he could be seriously hurt. His reply to me was “ Why would the kid be pulling on the sink anyway “. he was trying to wash his hands before dinner! There were no towels or places to hang a towel in this bathroom! We had to hang the hand towels on the toilet paper holder, also the toilet was leaking on the floor. Sofa beds were broken, also the arm of an oversized chair was broken and being held onto the chair by a denim slipcover. Moving on to the loft area. Spiral stair case was broken at the upper railing going out onto the rooftop, along with the outside door being broken and the wooden railing going into the loft, the doorknob was barely hanging on! Mold on several of the vents in the den area and also bedrooms The worst part of the home was that we noticed standing outside facing the back of the house that there were several wide cracks - One on the upper deck and one on the lower deck. While we were standing there trying to see if the decks were safe for anyone to be on, a gentleman came by and stated that he did not think the house was safe to stay in and we might want to call someone to take a look at the home - he worked in construction. Also a neighbor stated that this house was known to have continuous problems since the last Hurricane. Dalton Hart, Baldwin county inspector came and looked at the property to see what needed to be done. Long story short. The construction workers boarded up our balconies and we were told by the owner that we could stay or leave. This was our 1 x a year family vacation, our children and entire family had taken off work and planned on this trip since our last beach trip. We made the best of it But were highly disappointed in the owner and this rental home. We will not rent from this owner again!

Outstanding location!

Fantastic location right on the beach with amazing views. Loved being close to Gulf Shores and all of the action, but far enough away to have a portion of the beach to ourselves. Property does need a little updating, but the owner was great to work with on any issues we had.

Great House

We rented this house for a family vacation to include 4 adult couples, and kids aged 8 months-18. The kitchen/living area was very spacious and comfortable for everyone to hang out and every room having its own bathroom was very nice. Balcony spaces and rooftop had beautiful views. Short walk to the beach and pools. The only thing I would specify is the fourth bedroom (with loft bed) is separate from the house on the rooftop, which made it difficult having a young child asleep early but not able to be left alone in this separate room.

Needs attention

Upon arrival we noticed that there was trash and broken glass around the property. Upon entering we noticed that it was not clean there was mold in the showers dishes were dirty. We had trouble with the elevator from the beginning and had to carry everything up the stairs. Listing stated that there are speakers on every level but most of the speakers do not work or are blown. The spiral staircase leading to the 4th floor is coming apart and missing bolts. We were able to get the elevator to work but then on Saturday the elevator while being taken up with 2 people started to shake then lost pressure and slowly fell trapping them in between floors. I contacted the home owner and let him know of the problem and let him know we really needed it fixed because my elderly mother in law was coming and would not be able to climb the stairs. He replied and said he would have service come and no one ever came and I contacted him several hours later and he said he was still waiting to hear from service and never contacted me again. There are a lot of things; from broken lighting, unfinished trimming as well as fit and finish, stereo system, toilet seats, cabinet doors that don’t close, mold in shower, elevator that need to be fixed along with treatment for pests. For the amount of money I paid to rent this beach house I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the home.

Nice Property

The house was very nice. It had steep stairs to each floor so fortunately the elevator worked. A toilet was stopped up but maintenance quickly fixed that. The top oven did not heat up and the ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work. View was beautiful. Beach was not crowded. Only problem was the beach walkway. I assumed it would be in front of the property so I could come out the house and walk directly down to the beach but it was not. Property is in a gated community and there is one beach walkway for the entire area in the middle of the beachfront houses. The walk in front of the houses to the beach walkway is on a solid wooden like surface (not sand). This house is at one end of the beachfront houses. It is a very long walk to the beach walkway and then back down the beach to in front of this house. We enjoyed our stay but the owner should indicate the beach walkway is not front of this house. I would not rent this property again.

Best location ever!

The house is right on the beach. The view is amazing. The house has a good layout. Space to be together and space to get away. Multiple porches are awesome. I am pretty sure the cleaning crew didn’t make it before we checked in but the view and location made up for it.

Very private, not crowded beach

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to stay on the beach and “be away from the crowd”. You do have to drive a little bit to get to a grocery store. As much as we cooked, we could have used a few more pots and pans, but it wasn’t a big deal. You can tell where some remodeling has been going on. I understand everything is a work in progress when you’re trying to update or fix anything between guests. We had a house full and everyone really enjoyed it. The loft is sort of separate from the rest of the house. You have to take about 2 steps on the roof deck to get to it. It’s really prefect for teenagers or someone who likes a little extra privacy but still be with the family. Overall I’d give this a 4.9 out of 5. I believe we would visit again one day. It’s one of the best beach houses we have stayed at that accommodated our entire family.
