Beach trip 2025

We had a wonderful time at Picture Perfect.The house accommodated our group perfectly, we had 5 adults and one child, everyone had their own space and the house is right on the beach. The beach and the ocean were beautiful during our stay, and the property manager was very helpful, great trip all around.

Picture Perfect

We had a great week in Fort Morgan. I do think the house would benefit from a deep cleaning and decluttering. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay at Picture Perfect.

Thanksgiving.

It was a great stay and at a great location however, the furniture and the appliances must be replaced in the den and kitchen in order for it to remain a great place to stay at Fort Morgan. We have been staying there for over 20 years and the furniture has not changed.

Beautiful Beach Home

Beautiful beach home-however, it needs a good deep clean and some updating. The showers were not clean, the screened porch needs a pressure wash as it had mold and dirty furniture, and the furniture and decor are from 20 years ago. Some doors do not lock and the upstairs patio doors were hard to open. We liked that there was lots of space for large families and a great ocean view.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was perfect for a family of 11. The only issue was the shower head on the walkway had to be turned on with pliers. Also, the upstairs balcony door handles need replaced. The right one doesn’t open and the left one is hard to open and close. I reported it but it was still messed up when we left.

Rental company easy to work with. Great location with plenty of parking. Only thing I can think that need attention is the overly loved living room furniture but still very doable. Costal View was a breeze to work with. Communication was easy and efficient. the entire process took less than 10 min. Cheri was awesome with all of our inquiries and we had a marvelous time. Looking forward to going back!

Picture Perfect Beach House

Had to put food in zip lock bags because of ant problem in kitchen. This was our fourth time in this beach house and rugs were in bad condition. Definitely need professional cleaning or replacement. I realize a screen in porch is hard to keep clean, but not as clean as past stays. Other than those things, it was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect! Beautifully decorated, kitchen is fully stocked. We truly didn't need to bring anything. Plenty of room for all my family. Being able to just walk out the back door and down to the beach was exactly what we wanted. On the rainy days, sitting in the screened in backporch watching the ocean was so relaxing. The beach area is always clean. Absolutely perfect. Cherie, the property manager, was the best. She checked in with us often, visited with us on the beach and offered great dining suggestions. She's a wonderful person.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property's location was hindered by the two public dune walks. Many people camping out in my front yard. The kitchen was less than acceptable for a house this size. The master en suite's closet was a joke. So small you could hardly put anything in it. The view was great and the home very spacious to entertain guests. Sadly we had to open our rental to prospective buyers since the owner put the property up for sale one day before our arrival. As always the coastal view vacation management was exceptional. They were there for all of our needs. Thank you Jen and Cheri.

Who doesn’t love raw sewage on their family vacation!

Everything leading up to our vacation was outstanding. Communication and ease of obtaining information was great. The house needs some work but completely understand that happens when you have a house right in the beach. Day 3 one of the toilets clogged up. No big deal and maintenance was quick and responsive. Day 5 raw sewage was dripping from the ceiling into the carport. Maintenance told us to only use the bathrooms on the other side of the house. Day 6 we waited most of the day for the plumber to arrive. Property management let us know to remove our valuables if we do leave. End of day 6 problem solved. Since this definitely negatively impacted at least a few days of our vacation, I asked about some kind of refund. We were offered the returning renter discount. Enough said.
