A bit outdated but otherwise a good stay. Clean room, pool was in working order and not crowded. Good location with dining options, not too far from the beach. Lovely lady at check in was super friendly and fast.

Worst stay ever !!!

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at . I checked in and the first room smelled like mold. My bathroom has hair and dirt in the tub and it looked like it had not been cleaned . We asked for another room, and the second room had hair in the tub and was dirty as well . Breakfast only had waffles , biscuits and gravy , oatmeal , grits , and eggs . I called and asked the front desk for new sheets and I got questioned why like I stole the sheets or something . I told front desk that my child wasted juice on and she went on to ask if the sheets were stained . Again this hotel is definitely somewhere I will not stay at again. You get what you pay for you guys !!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I had to take a cold shower the night I got there and in the morning. The hot water tank was busted, they offered to give me another room only after I demanded a refund. The new room had a dirty tub, dirty shower curtain, soap residue, and the built in stopper piece missing. I was offered a measly $20 off of my stay! I find it hard to believe i was the only person that complained about the hot water tank in crack in building B. They claimed the problem was fixed, upon my check out date. There is a big enough space under the door we're bugs walked in.

Positive but a little maintenance needed.

This wasn't a bad place to stay but noticed a few things off like the paint peeling off the tubs and the shower head in room 113 was bad on water pressure. That the negative but on the positive the staff was super friendly and very helpful and the cleaning ladies helped in every request. The breakfast was good they actually supplied us with sausage, eggs, biscults with gravy, cereal and large and mini waffles. Distance to beach is great a 27 minute drive to the gulf public beach.

The room quality matched the price for the stay. If you’re looking for something inexpensive close to the outlet stores and restaurants get it. The beach is a ten min drive, not that bad. It was clean and staff was helpful. The only downside is the pillows were extremely flat and bed was not comfortable. The hot water didn’t get that hot. I would stay again. It felt safe. Just bring your own pillows lol.
