The property is about 10 years behind in needing an update. The hotel was overbooked. So people with reservations and no rooms. We got the last room available. It had holes in the bathroom walls. Room smelled like old smoke, carpet and walls were stained. Only 1 person checking people in and cleaning rooms. Area was packed and there was no where else to stay. On a positive it is located near restaurants, the outlets and other shops. I would not stay here.

My wife and I went out at approximately 9am. We positively locked the door which I checked before leaving. When we returned at 5pm the door was open. I called the main desk with my room phone and cell phone with no answer. I went to the main desk and the lady was on her cell phone. I asked to talk to the manager. She said the manager was not there and couldn't be contacted. Told me to return tomorrow. The room was also not cleaned and coffee supplies not replaced. This morning I will be returnimg to the desk to make a formal complaint to the mamager.

They charged me a 98 dollar deposit the next day which they said would come off but they didn’t charge until the day I left! and the people checking in the other rooms were very loud and the maid never came and brought towels or made bed when we left to go shopping nothing was done couldn’t get anyone one on phone to answer any questions or get a refund

T.v didn't work properly, phone didn't work, i booked a smoking room, i was told i reserved a non-smoking room, bathroom wasnt stockef

The front desk lady was lazy, rude, and next morning the other lady was no help with receipt at all! The room was not worth what I had to pay for one night, smell was like stale air, only one towel, air conditioner never cooled room totally off…good thing I had a desktop fan

This is an older property and needs upgrading but my real issue is a toilet that ran over and soaked the floor and carpet on the first flush after arriving there. Maintenance man attempted to vac the water up but didn't repair the toilet. No attempt was made to move us to another room or accommodate our inconvenience. We left after staying 3 hours to find another Hotel. NOT a Quality experience!

Friendly staff first day of our arrival. Room was dirty, pee on toilet lid and hair in shower. Bed broke halfway through the night.

Its kinda bs when a customer chooses to pay with cash that its mandatory to put down a $100 deposit that gets returned after check out..But me problem is that i had enough cash to pay for my room and just a lil extra for my overnight stay in foley alabama..Now if i knew when making reservations before I even left in Mississippi to go to Alabama then I could have prepared accordingly but since it was dropped in my lap when I'm with you check into my room I got screwed but the thing is I went up the road got a cheaper hotel that was better than quality

We apologize that you are not happy with our policies. However when a credit card declines payment and cash is offered for room payment, it is our policy to ask for a $100.00 cash deposit. This is for any incidentials and yes any damage and/or missing items. That is the policy of most hotels in this area.
