Only 6 Miles from beautiful Navarre beach. Hang out in our family friendly play pool or head to the emerald waters of Navarre beach. Located one mile from the Gulf Breeze Zoo, 15 miles from Pensacola Beach. Conveniently located for shopping /restaurants. Inside you’ll find a 2 level apartment with a Queen bedroom with a tv, closet and a full bath and an exit to a beautiful, fully enclosed Florida(sun) room located on the first level. The living room hosts bright contemporary furnishings with a 55” smart tv. There is a mini kitchenette with a cooking range, full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, small appliances, and a full size washer and dryer. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a twin bed and a trundle twin bed tucked beneath. Exiting the Florida room takes you directly to the family sized pool made for fun and games as it is only 5 ft at the deep end. Games, floats, toys, beach towels, umbrella, loungers and ice chests are available to guests to use and take to the beach so no need to haul all that with you when you stay with us. We provide sh/conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, toilet paper, paper towels and sunblock in case you forget! We also provide a selection of k cups for the Keurig and a regular coffee pot, coffee and filters. ⭐️⭐️This apt shares a common wall with the main house were host lives. It has a private entrance and exit to the pool. The deck facing the pool is the hosts only entrance and you may see the host when they are arriving or leaving.
