Had to leave early as it was awful. Men on balcony of hotel next door catcalling, dirty pool, no towels, no shampoo, bridge out caused a 40 minute delay each direction. My card also got charged about $20 more than quoted. Front desk staff were polite but manager was exceptionally rude when called to address issues and would not offer a solution.

Huge problem. When we arrived, there was no reservation for us! We showed our our documentation from Travelocity but the clerk was unable to locate a reservation. Now fighting with Travelocity to get a refund.
