This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in. The lobby and restaurant area is hugged by the water with islands scattered and shrouded in fogs. Room is spacious and exquisitely decorated. Breakfast contains copious western and Chinese selections.

"I travel to Xiamen several times a year for business meetings. I like Marco Polo Hotel because it is near excellent genuine espresso coffee shops and European style bars and restaurants. Their club floor also provides excellent drinks and service. Their rates are always quite reasonable.
