Sleeping arrangements

The apartment accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms with two beds. Each room comes with bed linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage - practical details that make the space work equally well for a weekend trip or a longer stay. The layout keeps things quiet and private, so rest comes easily after a full day out in the city.



Living & comfort

Inside, the living area brings together a comfortable seating arrangement, a TV, and large windows that draw in natural light throughout the day. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi keep you connected whether you're here for business or simply need a moment to plan the next excursion. The single-level layout and elevator access make getting settled - and getting around - genuinely easy.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is well-equipped for everything from a quick morning coffee to a full home-cooked meal. You'll find a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, blender, and wine glasses, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a dining table where you and your group can gather. The setup makes it simple to eat in when the mood calls for it.



Bathrooms

Two bathrooms are available, each with hot water and bathroom essentials including shampoo and body soap. Clean and functional, they're designed to keep daily routines running smoothly whether you're heading out early or winding down after a long evening.



Building & access

Check-in is straightforward via keypad self check-in through a private entrance. The building includes elevator access, and the home's single-level layout means there are no internal stairs to navigate. Free parking is available in the on-premises garage, with additional free street parking close by. The shared pool and gym give you options to unwind or stay active without leaving the building - available at your own pace throughout your stay.



Views & outdoor

City skyline views connect you to Guadalajara's urban landscape - rooftops, towers, and the sprawl of a city with deep roots and a lively present. Sun loungers are available in the shared outdoor areas for quieter moments between adventures.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Guadalajara, the capital of the state of Jalisco, is characterized for being a dynamic and diverse city that offers a wide range of cultural and economic experiences. The location of the lodging brings you close to the points with the most social interaction, such as: Paseo Chapultepec, glorieta Minerva and the Historic Center.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. To ensure a 5-star stay, please consider the following information: -Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment, in case of loss or damage, a replacement will be charged. Your help is very important to us, thank you very much! The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay. The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 4* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $15* USD per person per night. The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants. -Guests are not allowed. -Pets are not allowed. -Linen changes are not provided during the stay. -Provided amenities are for a single-night stay. -Basic kitchen utensils are tools, not consumables. -The grill is available upon request with 24 hours' notice. Parking is subject to availability. -We are an environmentally conscious company and appreciate your support in using electricity responsibly. -Maintenance and administration of common areas in the condo are not managed by Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. -It's important to note that due to ongoing development in Guadalajara, there may be construction near the condos, leading to daytime noise.



At the end of the reservation, the wristband must be returned to reception. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $250 per person wearing the wristband.
