Always love staying as we stay every year the only thing is that this time there was a pump noise going all night long which wasn't the best and the beds did not seem as comfortable as before. And of course Carlos the bartender is no longer there. All in all still happy but some changes appear to have been made

We loved our stay!! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the architecture and design of the hotel. It felt very authentic. They have plenty of parking in a closed garage so we knew our car was safe. The hotel is only a 10 min walk to the centro, or a short uber drive over. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful hotel

I never write reviews unless I am blown away or feel like I owe others a warning. This is a really great hotel. Both my very comfortable standard room and the common areas are beautifully appointed with colorful tiled and stucco'd floors and walls, tasteful artwork, terraces, and elegant furnishings. I was sick and couldn't take advantage, but the breakfast menu and what I enviously spied people eating, looked great. The staff were cordial, kind, and went out of their way to help. Highly recommended.

Loved our weeklong stay at La Villa del Ensueño!! The rooms are traditional Mexican with tile and big comfortable beds, and the grounds are lush creating a lovely oasis about 20 mins from the very urban Guadalajara. The center of Tlaquepaque is beautiful, artisanal and the mariachi show at El Parian is not to be missed. All a short walk away. Very safe, lovely staff and the breakfast from a fresh and varied menu was a great start each morning. My only negative is that the pool and spa was not heated and although beautiful, it was very cold. It would have been perfect 5 if we had been able to a swim. Otherwise a very beautiful, safe and friendly stay at La Villa del Ensueno!
