Overall, I had a great experience. There was a short, dark skin, thick young lady with the two ponytails by the towel desk, she NEEDS an attitude adjustment. She should not be in front. No smile, very hostile and looked unkept. Staff should be well groomed and pleasant ESPECIALLY AT THE FRONT DESK. She answered questions as though she was being bothered or was irritated. The female supervisors/ managers need to be more aware of how they speak to staff in front of guests. Very unprofessional and rude. There was a young lady at the front who was extremely helpful, her name starts with a K. A special thanks to her in making my experience amazing. All male employees were very pleasant and the bakery staff were exceptional with the service delivered. Thank you for a good time.

The rooms were comfortable, more so the room with the balcony (we changed rooms mid-stay) and housekeeping was very good but sometimes was done late in the day. Not a problem for us. Jacqueline was very responsive. Not her doing but the windows in the second room were not cleaned on the outside and made our view subpar. Also note that this is a HARBOUR hotel, i.e. no beach. But a pretty view of the harbour, especially at night. Breakfast had a very good variety of local and continental choices and was tasty. The wait and service staff were excellent. Kirk was sociable and efficient!! The front desk staff were well trained and knowledgeable. Nataly was quite good. Our greeter John was entertaining and warm with a great sense of humor. In the restaurant, Shaundell was proper and nice. And Jamal was energetic and congenial. McGarvey who took care of drinks at the pool was attentive and sweet. Overall a very nice stay.

My husband and I spent our wedding night here. We truly appreciated the warm reception and accommodation in getting us checked in and comfortably settling into our room. The room technology is quite impressive and seeks to make luxury easy and convenient. The room was spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed our short stay.

First of all my room smell like mildew in the whole hallway that led to my room smell like mildew the first floor going into the dining facility smell like mildew. In fact, I believe the whole facility smelled like mildew. It was very, very pretty. The pool was beautiful facility looked really nice but it just smelt like mildew. I couldn’t get past that. It woke me up at night. I couldn’t sleep due to the smell the next day. I changed my room and the lady at the front desk was very good. I forgot her name, but she was very good. The Bar Tender Quincy needs to be fired. His attitude was unacceptable. Serving rum punch that was made early in the morning at $11 and didn’t give a damn what it taste like. I had to leave it sitting on the counter, it was so bad. Plus he act like he did not want to work so I think he should probably find another job All of the other staff were very nice
