The hotel and amenities were spotless but the extra charges were extremely high. Charging $20 US per day for towels, $100 US for the airport shuttle, hurricane fees, help the Bahamas fees. Beautiful place but we will not return.

I had a great stay at the Harbor Club overall. However, I was disappointed to learn that on New Year’s Eve the hotel charged an additional $150 USD per person for the New Year’s Eve celebration, even though we were guests staying on the property.

The mountain view room was very disappointing it overlooked the main road in St Lucia and was constantly busy through the night also, it also looked over a building site - this was all very disappointing considering the price paid, this should be in the room description and they should be sold at a reduced rate. We felt because we didn't scream the loudest that we were ignored in our request to move rooms. The new year's celebrations were extortionate even for guests there seemed no consideration for the price of the room paid already! In addition the room overlooking the pool could enjoy the celebrations for free on there balcony but no consideration was given for the guests on the mountain/main road side, and consider all areas downstairs were closed for this party we felt it was very unfair to price the event at such extortionate prices and then close all the bars so you couldn't even have a drink for the new year! The rooms were nice and functional they had an iron and board which was good. The pool was lovely to look at but is in desperate need of repair, our kids cut there feet on the bottom of the pool as the mosaic tiles are starting to come aware, just be cautious, otherwise the pools were lovely.

The hotel is a beautiful facility but there are not a lot of restaurant or shopping options outside of the hotel resort. Although you can see the water, it’s actually a long way around to get to the beach. The hotel is far away from the international airport and other popular tourist attractions. It’s $110USD each way to and from airport which takes almost two hours during day time. Ride to the Castries Market is $40 USD one way as another example. Wish we had done more research on this before we booked!

The hotel had good amenities - restaurants, bars, pools and a spa. The views of the marina were great. Service was excellent. I wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan, as the moisture in the room would not go away after showers and wet swim clothes would stay wet even after 2 days.

No, the bathroom sink could not have been cleaned well in a very long time. There mold and mildew sliding down from under the edges on the inside of the face bowl. We were celebrating our birthdays and we had a room with double beds for two weeks. They wouldn't change our because our stay was too long, but they would upgrade the room for an additional fee. That's absurd!!!
