Gritsa Hotel & Travel Guide
Are you after a place to hang your hat in downtown Gritsa? With 8 places to stay on Travelocity within a 6-mile (10-kilometer) radius of the center of Gritsa, it shouldn't be hard finding a place that ticks all your boxes.
If you would like to sleep less than half a mile from the transportation of central Gritsa, have a look at the convenient Dion Palace.
You should investigate the Evilion Sea And Sun and the Cavo Olympo Luxury Resort & Spa. The Evilion Sea And Sun can be found 14 miles (22 kilometers) outside of the middle of Gritsa. The Cavo Olympo Luxury Resort & Spa, is situated 3 miles (5 kilometers) away. Or, you could make a reservation at the Mediterranean Village or the Litohoro Olympus Resort Villas & Spa.
The extended Greek Mainland area is definitely well worth seeing for yourself too. Travel through Greek Mainland's castles. Anyone with a passion for nature could also take the time to admire the region's beaches. Daring travelers might enjoy snowboarding and skiing in this part of Greece.
Thessaloniki is 40 miles (65 kilometers) to the northeast of Gritsa and is home to Archaeological Museum and White Tower of Thessaloniki. Some of our recommended Thessaloniki hotels and apartments include the Daios Luxury Living and Excelsior Hotel. 40 miles (65 kilometers) north of Gritsa, you'll also find Chalkidona, which features the Hotel Filippos and Maison Hotel. Whether you're just passing through or staying in Chalkidona, set aside some time to check out the Archaeological Museum of Pella and Pella Ancient City.
Consider spending an afternoon cheering wildly with local spectators at a local match. You can find Toumba Stadium 40 miles (64 kilometers) to the northeast of Gritsa. Travelocity customers that are interested in staying in the neighborhood, make a reservation in the Domotel Les Lazaristes or Mediterranean Palace Hotel.
For those travelers planning on arriving through Macedonia Airport, you might choose to book a room at Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki, or Hotel Nikopolis, both of which are close by.

Akteon Girni Hotel
"This hotel is a little gem, the rooms are super clean and modern, better than some of the five-star hotels in Athens. The reason the hotel only has two stars is because it is small, does not have a poo but it does not need one as it is right in front of the beach, and the parking is like 4 blocks away. You can park in front for few minutes and offload before 7 pm when the street is only used for pedestrians. Otherwise, you are in middle of the action in the summer where you feel the Balkan spirit in the summer. The sea is very good for children and the breakfast is good. Pick the rooms with a sea view."
