Our refrigerator did not work, and in fact, leaked on the floor, the floor was dirty, the comforter was stained, the blinds had holes, and the overall condition of the walls in room were just subpar. The manager, Charity, apologize and said she would provide a discount, but that I had to go through Expedia in order to get that accomplished. How does that work?

The pool was obviously old but it was clean and warm. The rooms were clean but the carpet was stained with what looked like blood. There was also a dog barking and a fight between two men in the hallway at 3:45am which woke us up.

There were weird people in the halls, weed was being smoked on property. Room had dirty parts walls, the lamp, air conditioning was bad it was hot. My tv didn’t work. Won’t be staying on this again. It’s cheap but not worth cheap

Easy check in. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection of items (no gluten free, tho). The room was quiet! The front desk honored my request for a main floor room (I traveled with my small dog, and the stairs are a problem for him). The room smelled a little 'musty' but was clean. The SINK DID have mold under the rim (I find MOLD in almost every hotel room I stay in), but the DID have a FAN! and that helps with rampant mold issues. Nice location to shopping, dining, and easy on and off of the highway. I would stay again.

The room was ok but a little tired. The hallways and stair carpeting was absolutely filthy. Stained and it didn't look like the stairs had been vacuumed in a month. Also our window was broken badly and even missing a piece. The dining room tables hadn't been wiped off and mine had syrup on it so I got all sticky. They did come clean it after I told them.
