"On the positive side: hotel is pretty new and sufficiently far away from the Interstate, so the noise level is fine. We enjoyed clean facilities and a sizeable, clean room with the usual amenities. Our bed, however, was not comfortable, as the mattrasses were too soft (or had suffered from too many heavy guests). We slept like in a trough. There is no place to hang towels in the shower, strange how some hotels overlook such simple things! The breakfast was highly advertised, however didn't live up to expectations. They only had 0% milk, which we don't appreciate, a very limited selection of food and no fruit. Also, they had probably forgotten to change the coffee urns from the day before, when we arrived around 6:45am, since it was only lukewarm. That was quickly fixed but wasn't very professional. Reception staff was somewhat absentminded, we weren't greeted on arrival and nobody seemed to care about our departure. Summary: Decent enough for one night but not what we expected."
