I booked a room with 2 twin beds for 1 night and paid £400 5 nights before my stay. I was given a single room with 2 single beds joined together?????? "

"The location is decent; it’s close to the train station and a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. However, the amenities are poor. We only have one soap for all our needs, and the staff is unresponsive to our requests for towels and other items. If you’re okay with basic and poor customer service, this place might be suitable for you as a temporary accommodation. However, I believe there are better options available. "
