The AC did not work well in our room, the room felt humid and warm no matter the thermostat setting. It made sleeping less comfortable. There was an Applebee's next door, and a Walmart and other restaurants were just across the road, so food and an other necessities are readily available. The bathroom door had no lock. The bathroom door was a sliding door. Slid to one side it was the closet door, slid to the other side it was the bathroom door. Very strange design for a hotel room, I did not like it. The front desk staff was not very friendly, but the lady who prepared/served breakfast was sweet and breakfast was good. Our stay here was not an unpleasant experience, but the next time I stay in Goldsboro, I will likely pick a different place to stay.

They advertise pool and hot tub , that is one of the reasons for booking. Got there ( April ) and the pool was closed for the season AND they had no hot tub. Not happy. Theirs an Applebees right there next to them. Made it convenient for night time cocktails.

Everything was great. We were not informed about the free food & beverage for dinner. I went to the lobby for another reason & discovered the food! There was no sign saying the food was available to all guests so I asked one of the guests & he didn’t know anything about it either. The food was all taken so we missed out.😢

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A HOT TUB. The main reason I picked this hotel was for hot tub but was sadly disappointed upon arrival. The room was clean but walls were paper thin you could hear the room next to us toilet flush, shower, even when someone sneezed I could hear it as if they were in the room with us. There's also a train that passed by at like 1130 at night and the tracks are a few hundred feet from building so very loud if you are trying to sleep. Breakfast was decent overall not horrible but could use improvements. Staff was friendly and let us extend our check out time due to an event we were in town for.

Clean hotel with friendly staff.

Very clean and super friendly staff. The bathroom needs to be updated. that's the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. It was NOT dirty at all just an old crappy tub.
