Mary at the front desk was welcoming and efficient when I checked in and out. Also, we didn't have a remote control in our room and she walked one over as soon as we called. Thanks, Mary. The room was small. Everything was clean and in good shape. Bed comfortable. Refrigerator kept things cool as did the room air conditioner. Occasional noise outside but nothing unusual. Overall a fantastic choice if you want a low cost room. I'll stay here every time I travel to Goldsboro.

I got a handicap room and the front desk told me to come back in 30 minutes when I went back they informed me the room has plumbing issues so they gave me another room the bed had a big puddle of urine so at 11 pm was moved to a different room then I get a knock on the door at midnight the front desk lady said she forgot to give us the extra key and I was already in bed asleep the pool was also closed at 6 pm while other pools at other hotels were still open I wanted to use the pool but was dirty.

Service but overall good experience

The stay was not bad. There were three different ladies at the front desk. The first one though was very rude. The other two were great and helpful. I wish I knew the lady name she has been there for a while every time we go she is rude I’m surprised nobody else has reported her.
