Welcome to Ravens Landing. A brand new modern Townhome. Four bedrooms including 2 master suites with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms have king beds that can be split into two single beds providing excellent flexibility. Media room has a queen pullout couch and adjoining full bathroom as well as large flatscreen TV with blu ray player, satellite TV and soundbar. Top of the line Olhausen billiards table for family fun. The mainfloor of the townhome has a large extended length one car garage, entryway/mud room area perfect for taking off and storing ski equipment, full bathroom. There are three bedrooms on this level. 2 bedrooms containing king beds that can be split into single beds and large closets. The third bedroom is a large master with king bed that can be split into two singles, large closet, large flatscreen TV with blu ray player and satellite TV and an onsuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a vanity, full shower, heated towel racks and heated floors.
The upper floor contains the modern kitchen with sit-up bar area, large refrigerator, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, pantry and all the modern kitchen appliances for the discerning chef. Just off the kitchen is the large dining area with 8 person dining table and chandelier above. Next to the dining area is the large living room with sectional sofa, gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV with blu ray player, satellite TV and soundbar. Off the upper floor is a huge deck going from one end of the upper floor to the other. It has an 8 person hot tub, large gourmet BBQ grill and beautiful views. There is a half bath just off the living room. Finally off the living room is the second master bedroom with king bed that can split into two singles, large closet, flatscreen TV with blu ray player and satellite TV and onsuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has full shower, his and her vanities, heated towel racks and heated floors.

Wonderful home with exceptional ski-in access, a highly communicative host, a kitchen fully stocked with the best equipment, terrific ski-gear room set up with boot dryers for the entire crew, and a pool table and hot tub in great shape!Television setup could use minor improvement to carry network channels (morning news and basic ESPN/TSN sports at a minimum). An easy fix by the owners for future renters!

This is a beautiful place to stay in Golden! It was perfect for our group of 3 couples and 2 teenagers. We really appreciated the 3 king sized beds and the two twin beds for the kids. It was very clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need! If you want views this place has it!

This is a beautiful property to split with friends and family. It’s a little ways out of town, but the views are stellar. I’m giving this 4 stars because the house rules/expectations are very intense and almost every one results in some kind of fee if not followed (even inadvertently)…. This made us cautious before we arrived and uncomfortable while we stayed there because we didn’t want to get fined for something that we forgot to do/did accidentally….

This was a beautiful new house with exceptional views. The location on the mountainside was perfect and very quiet. The kitchen was well stocked.We were able to view the aurora borealis from the driveway one of the nights. We had a wonderful stay!
