It was great apartment for a weeks stay, only issue was to pick up keys we had to go to office which is away from residence ,easy parking and close to everything . We enjoyed stay .

While the location was fantastic, close to the beach, shops, and great nightlife, the cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired. Both bathrooms had sticky floors, and one of the bedrooms was poorly lit due to a burnt-out lamp and a broken, dusty floor light. The check-in process was quite confusing. The parking entrance was difficult to find, as there were three identical doors on the same side of the building. I had to ask security for help after a long flight and rainy drive, which was frustrating. Check-out wasn't smooth either. Despite being during business hours, no staff were present at the check-out office. This caused some stress, as I wasn’t sure if the key would be securely delivered to the owner or if the next guest might accidentally take it from the safety box, which uses a shared-style code.

We stayed 7 nights with our 6 & 3 year old. It was our 4th time on the Gold Coast as a family, we usually stay in Main Beach but opted for a change now the kids are a bit older. The apartment was clean, spacious and the convenience of Coles downstairs was excellent. Easy walk to all the action. Email & sms instructions were clear. Contactless check in/out was easy. We will definitely be back!

Amazing views!

Amazing view and balcony. Highly recommend if you're wanting a view like no other. Great bathrooms and kitchen. Beds weren't that comfortable and pillows too bulky . No extra bedding was available. Whole complex of the towers was perfect!

Room no. 1293 was clean and tidy. Was a good room. Facilities all work good. Shower heads could do with a replacement. Not enough water pressure and was small. Sliding door get jammed. Tv in bedroom doesn’t work. Wardrobe door doesn’t slide properly on one side. But overall was a great comfy apartment. Although the glass table, coffee is t practical with kids as they may break.

The perfect home away from home on the Gold Coast. It is an older apartment so some things were a little tired but it was clean and furniture was tidy. Had lovely views and a convenient location with supermarket, checklist and restaurants just downstairs. We will happily stay here again next time!

Location of the property is great! Close to public transport, beach and all round very accessible. Very close to shops/ supermarket. The pools are awesome too and looks like the most resort-like around in that area. A few simple things could turn a 3 star into 4 star. Providing 1 dishwashing tablet, and 1 dishwashing sachet for a 4 night stay is stingy. Cutting the kitchen sponge in thirds is stingy. Beds could use some serious bed toppers for comfort as one of us opted to sleep on the couch as it was more comfortable. Beds are like rock. Main bedroom needs blockout curtains. Chairs in dining room are sunken in the middle and are unusable.

I didn’t like who we went through to get this holiday if we would had gone through chevron may be the room would had looked a little bit more clean and presentable.Room 1224 was absolutely ran down and not looked after for the price they were asking.Plus had lots of issues with parking our disability van.
