The location of the property is second to none! Food opportunities out your front door! Grocery Woolworths across the road! Parking is easy! I have stayed here four or five times! The cleanliness of this unit this time was appalling! Very out dated! Spoke to management and they said they would hopefully rectify the problem!

A wonderful hotel

A perfect location for our stay. Very well presented with very helpful reception staff. Easy access to the beach, great shopping and food options. We enjoyed the facilities including a great indoor pool.

Great location

Great location in central Broadbeach. Spacious units,Friendly staff, good facilities - heated pool, spa, sauna, gym, free parking. Property is getting a little tired but comfortable and clean. Their cleaning expectations did seem unreasonable for the price- ie no daily cleans, you must put own garbage out but only one small garbage bag left for your stay, had to pay extra for beach towels, must clean all unit and kitchen before leaving or extra charge but youncan't even run dishwasher and leave clean dishes there etc etc So felt like a hotel price but with a self cleaning expectation. Overall I would recommend as a great location with good facilities.

Positives - Room was a great size with my older kids having their own area. Great view from the balcony getting sun most of the day. Indoor pool/spa area was great for winter. Location is perfect - close to the beach, restaurants and public transport. Negatives - (and only minor) Noise - we were facing east and would have the bar below having their live music playing until late - thankfully not too late. It was good listening to it. Rubbish trucks emptying bins in the early hours.

The property is in the heart of Broadbeach, with restraunts at the doorstep. It is less than 5 minutes walk to beach and is close to light rail and Pacific Fair shopping centre. The reception staff are very helpful and always pleasant.

The location phonecian its central to broadbeaches food hub with an amazing array of fine dining restaurants. The unit itself furnished with regal classic design and considering it's an older building it's wonderful maintained.syaff at reception were friendly helpful and I had a wonderful entertaining clients in phonecian equipt with intercom for safety privacy and just a stroll away from the beach you couldn't find a more extravagant place

We faced some challenges such as door not closing behind us. And in our busyness, the door was unlocked during the night , forgetting it did self lock. The safe was clumsy to lick. We were told yes it’s broken but can be locked a particular unusual way. Julie and others at Reception were very helpful, prompt accommodating and assisted us at all times. Greatful for the reception staff

Great location and service but very dated & noisy

Rooms are very dated and showing their age. Very poor soundproofing, could hear next door singing, upstairs walking around and the nightlife from the venues downstairs blared into the room until it stopped at 10:15-10:30pm at night. Service was excellent, reception were very helpful and commutative. Location is excellent for the G link and shops. Bonus was free undercover secure parking.
