This vacation home features an indoor pool and a hot tub. Laundry facilities and barbecue grills are also provided.
This was our second stay here and we still enjoyed it. The pool could have been a couple degrees warmer for us. But we did get used to it. The hot tub was excellent. The access to the lake was much improved and we enjoyed that.Overall we would stay there again in the future.

Comfortable & spacious stay with awesome views. Very nice place to stay with our pet and plan on returning for a longer stay! Just beware of the river trail…our warm spring visit had several snake encounters hidden in the leaves along the path

We took a chance to go to southern illinois because we never went to Shawnee forest. It was a lovely stay. The ybit was wonderful and set on a cliff above the Ohio river. "The location was perfect and the host was more than accommodating. I recommend anyone who wants to stay in a quiet peaceful place and visit the national forest this place is for you. The only recommendation I have is check your email prior to going to the destination for instructions. The area is remote and cell signal is off and on. Once you arrive and access wifi your phone works perfectly."
