Very nice hotel, well located, but there are some issues that need addressing. The food at the restaurant is very disappointing especially at their price points. Service was sometimes good and sometimes bordering on rude. My credit card was charged for a “deposit” that was put thru even tho I did not charge anything to the room, and the hotel is now asking me to email them my “financial information “ so they can credit the account. Obviously I will not do that, but am unable to use my phone to call them as I am travelling and do not want to incur steep roaming fees. They need to provide much better customer service.

We had a lovely stay! The AC Hotel is right in the city centre, walkable to all major neighborhoods. We found it very quiet and clean. We will definitely be back!

Great food, fine service, hard bed

We hotel was quite busy and gave a warm. welcoming vibe. It was what you expect in a Marriott -- clean and well appointed. The bed was too firm for our taste, but the pillows were fake down and felt great. We ate at the bar, too tired for a real dinner, and were awed by the food -- a cold pasta salad and a Reuben were the best we had ever had! Hats off to the bar and kitchen!
