I am 74 and they put me downstairs in the basement down long stsirs. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The sheets had old ink stains. There was 1 towel for 4 nights. No linen service.

The family managing the property were lovely and accommodating, but the property is old, run-down and uncomfortable. The beds were terrible. We are pretty sure one person was bit by bedbugs while staying here. The location is great. Near the subway and University and lovely neighborhood.

Was clean enough, very basic. Tea, coffee milk sugar etc provided. Soap and shampoo also on offer, very nice people friendly run. We were in room 8 there was a noise the entire time even overnight like a beat of music. Off putting to be honest. Worth the money at the end of the day.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the guest house. The owners/ staff are pleasant & welcoming. Rooms have everything I need. Really good shower! Area is great for dining out & has a good range of cafes nearby. There is a pub/ bar across the road but area is still quiet. No on site parking but there are payment meters nearby if you need to use them
