Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire cottage, both indoors and out, with easy self-check-in. Guests are also welcome to explore the beautiful grounds and may visit all open buildings on the property, including the mansion and gift shop, during regular museum hours.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the scenic east side of Seneca Lake, Rosehill Cottage sits on the grounds of Rose Hill Mansion — a fully functioning historic site and museum. Just minutes from downtown Geneva and some of the region’s best wineries and restaurants, the property offers a rare blend of peaceful surroundings, lake views, and rich Finger Lakes history.

Getting Around:
A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available.

Other Things to Note:
➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future.
➡️ A long-term resident lives in a separate, private apartment on the property. The cottage is not shared and your space is fully private.
➡️ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking must be done away from entrances and disposed of responsibly.
➡️ Guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations' guest rental agreement prior to check-in.
➡️ The museum and gift shop are open to the public during regular hours. Guests may enjoy these spaces during open hours only.
➡️ Guests are welcome to explore the mansion grounds throughout their stay.
➡️ All amenities, including the grill and outdoor furniture, are for guest use at their own risk.
