The female staff with no name cause she refused to give it maybe cause of the way she treats people she has a bad attitude which makes it very difficult to ask for any special accommodations for handicap because of her attitude makes me not want to come back

When i come in buisness inthe area i like to stay here the person that cleans is nice and hardworking however he doesn't deserve to be treated like a dog he gets paid under the table and no over time thanks to the female staff she has terrible managerial skills communication skills i dont understand why they have a person like that working there

As an expedia valued customer and a repeated customer to this establishment i must say the female staff working the front office needs to get fired i have never stayed anywhere where the staff screams at my face and lacks communication skills and compassion for people with disabilities she refuses to accommodate appropriately

I dont know who owns this establishment whomever it is should take a look at their staff im reffering to the female staff she doesnt possess any communication skills and doesn't belong in the front office dealing with people she has a bad attitude she screamed at me for no reason she refused to accommodate me and my disability im handicap and she doesn't know how to deal with customers like me which is poor management and the owner should send her to ethics class to learn how to speak professionally

This place has the worst customer service i have ever encountered the female staff that works their has very poor managerial skills to deal with preffered expedia customers she lacks communication skills with regular customers she doesn't know how to talk she has terrible attitude she does not care for customers with medical issues im launching an investigation on her she has only 1 person doing hard work with no pay for overtime and is being paid under the table i feel bad for him this lady treats him like a dog just how she treats her customers she needs to get fired and worse incarcerated for paying illegals under the table i dont know what her position is if shes a owner or not she needs to be reprimanded for her attitude and lack of accountability for not accommodating valued expedia customers with medical issues

I will never return to this establishment the female staff has terrible professionalism she has a bad attitude she has poor managerial skills to deal with customers with impeccable record with expedia im a valued customer and was treated with the utmost disrespect she refused to accommodate me not with a upgrade but with a downgrade i was paying the highest price per 4day holiday weekend i requested to let me stay in the regular room which is cheaper than the premium room i was paying for she refused to accommodate me even after i shared with her the reason why i was requesting this and had to do with a medical condition i had just got spinal surgery on my lower back she screamed at me and mentioned she wasnt gonna accommodate my request because i woke her up they have a memo posted the office opens at 8am i rang the bell at 9am she quickly took that memo down so i wont see it but it was too late i had already seen it she had a terrible attitude screamed at me like i was her child im a 50 yr old man and i decided to pack my stuff and check out if that is the accommodation im going to get just for asking to stay on the room i was in and offered the deluxe room i paid for to upgrade the stay of the person whom paid for the cheap room and this can be done because shes done it before she was upset cause she got woken up so she does her job.this situation is being addressed separately so it can be investigated why she refused to accommodate a preferred expedia customer w medical i

I get into my room the toilet paper was not clean, remote was sticky, none of the lights worked except one. After working until midnight I hop into the bed, the bed is broken.
