Terrible, unhygieninc and filthy.

Bed and blanked had 100s of hair. Floor wasnt clean and was sandy and dusty. Don’t fall for free breakfast, its a couple of dried breads and muffins along with coffee and hot water.

Room had visable stains on couch, dirt in the bathrooms Stayed 2 nights, second day we left hotel for a while and staffed entered our room to "clean" onlybremoving a bag of snacks and 1 dirty towel.. did not make the bed or any other form of tiddying up... when we had not indicated we needed service! When questions staff was extremely rude!

Although we enjoyed our stay and the staff were friendly, we found the room dirty. For example, the jets in the jacuzzi tub blew out dirty and who knows what else but it was black ..

We saw two rooms at arrival. Both were dirty and one had bugs in the bed. They would not refund my stay even though we could not stay for fear that it was bed bugs. We went to another hotel in town and didn’t book it with Expedia. Both refuse to refund the booking due to the unhygienic state of this property.

The off-season price was right.

Well situated on the main street. Lots of parking. The room was large and clean. Quiet neighbours. No soap in the shower/bath. TV wasn't working well. We skipped the free breakfast which offered little options and had only a couple of tables to sit at in the corner of the front lobby. Their restaurant appeared to be closed. Weird that the clerk at the front desk asked me to give him a tip at checkout. Overall, it was good but the real test would be during the busier summer months.

Have stayed before no problems, this stay our room both beds were barely useable the racket both beds frames made as both box springs appeared to have multiple broken boards not good for someone with a bad back travelling

I was greeted warmly and was checked in quickly. I was hoping for a ground-level room, but was given a second-floor - outdoor-access only - room, even though it’s the off season and there were very few guests. While the room was basic, the beds were comfortable and there was lots of hot water. On the other hand, the pillows were flat and the bathroom needed some scrubbing.

Find another hotel. Terrible

Check in was ok. Pleasant lady but very strong accent made it difficult to understand. Room given was terrible: the control knob on the heater/a.c. unit was broken so could not control temp. Got too hot so had to shut off, then too cold; gas fireplace in room. Didn't work. Called front desk. She came, got the pilot on but that was it. No flame. The knob on the clock did not work to set the correct time. She just tried to cover things up saying daylight saving ended. All the furniture was chipped badly. Leather desk chair peeling. A few small dead bugs everywhere, not clean. Toilet didn't flush properly. Door to washroom did not close properly. So much static on the phone when I called front desk. Couldn't hear/understand. (and it was a clear, dry day) Large jetted tub in room. Looked nice but we didn't stay long enough to use it. We checked in at 3 p.m. and checked out at 7:50p.m. same day. (And we weren't even in the room for this entire time. We were gone for 2 hours.) We would not stay to sleep there. Definitely we do NOT recommend
