They have renovated this hotel recently and it looks great. Customer service at the main counter and restaurant was great but a lot of the staff at the bar were new and they need to work on customer service there. Ivan was there Saturday. He is great but the lady who had the pool area on Friday would never made her way around outside during the three hours we were at the pool.
