Stayed at the suite total of 4 the table they had for work purposes had broken legs had to try to put it together as best i could. Curtain rod almost falling off with 1 screw coming out. The middle bed had white sheets with some black surfaces was disgusting. I had to ask for more towels because they only provided 2. The2 sofas in the suite were filthy and discusting. Dirty tissues in one of the drawers next to the sink disgusted meaning they didnt cleaned the room. The tvs sucked 😒

I will say there were 2 very kind helpful girls that worked in the office there. But the others honestly were rude and did not know what they were doing. On two do the 6 days we were there we either didn’t have water or hot water for periods exceeding 8 hours and they refused to give any credit. They also charged my card twice for the same reservation bcz they had told me that we had to the do the reservation and I couldn’t use my points so we rebooked it had to pay full price and the office clerk had said she was taking the first one out of the computer but she didn’t so I got hit with both on the same day. And their answer was that I had stayed that next day. I kind of had to. They had taken my money with out my permission and I couldn’t go and pay somewhere else. Many things with just bad service

I would avoid this hote!!! So the room looked ok, we got one of the redone rooms however twice while I was there and without any notice they had people working on the water and I had no water and then no hot water for over an 8 hour time frame. Their only way to fix it was to have me change rooms but the ones they offered were so gross. Both the older ones and one had urine stains on the bed skirt to a bed that was so old it was falling down and the other looked like it had feces on the bed skirt. So both were a no. I wanted compensation but the owner won’t do that and e en when I called Expedia they could not do much bcz she would not budge. Also when I had booked incorrectly and the worker said we had to rebook it and that she would remove my booking but she forgot or something so also I paid for two nights one night and getting it corrected was horrible. Avoid the headache and the bad neighborhood and find a better establishment!!
