I was happily surprised at how comfortable and spacious the facilities were with lots of green space to relax and read a book. The hotel personnel was attentive, friendly and helpful. The young woman at the reception was very understanding when I showed for an early check in, since I had driven must of the morning from my residency. Overall a really good experience. U would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

I rarely leave reviews, I needed to have some service done to my car at a detailer with this hotel being one of the closest within 2 miles of the shop. So within walking distance if you don't mind a bit of a walk, and the hotel was agreeable with letting me hang out in the breakfast area after I checked out at noon until the vehicle was ready at 5pm. This made it possible for me to get work done and not have to find somewhere else to go. I very much appreciate this.

I booked a king size bed, I got to the hotel and always told that it wasn’t available anymore and that they would “upgrade me to a 2 queen bed bottom floor with pool view” I wanted a single king but I accepted the “offer”. When I went to try opening the room it was locked all the way and someone screamed “HEY” meaning someone was already at this room. I had to go back and the same young girl apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a third floor room, she didn’t mentioned anything but for my surprise it was a King bed . What happened there ? Why didn’t I get what I paid for in the first place ?
