First room stunk like cigarette smoke and the housekeeping staff left the A/C unit on and the Window open to try and hide the smell. When you aggressively promote a "Smoke Free" facility and then something like that occurs something is seriously wrong there. The carpet in the second room I was given was also very old and stained.. When walking barefoot you feel crusty/sticky spots spread throughout the room, I don't know about others but I certainly don't want a room that's so dirty I don't feel comfortable walking barefoot. Staff was friendly & price was fair

The room was a nice size but not very clean; the couch in the suite had a few stains, the sheets had a small stain and when we requested additional towels they left them on a pile on the floor outside our front door. Aside from that, the complimentary breakfast with the waffle maker and hard boiled eggs was simple but nice and convenient.

The rooms were dirty and carpets in the lobby and corridors have years of grime build up and stains. Walking around in the room leaves black marks on your feet. The staff were disinterested in helping resolve an issue with room keys not working. NEVER AGAIN!

El hotel nunca realizó la limpieza de la habitación, no cambiaron toallas, no tenia jabón, la puerta del baño no cerraba, el agua de la ducha tenia una fuga permanente. las alfolbras del piso están terriblemente sucias. El wifi es muy lento. El desayuno es un chiste, no tiene nada. Me cobraron parqueo por noche cuando el hotel es abierto. El Ascensor es viejo, en fin terrible.
