My room was on the ground level. There was a big hole in the screen of the window. The bathroom was very rundown a big crack in the sink and around the tub look moldy with caulking covering it up. Also I had to request more then once for my room to get clean. It was around 3pm and still no housekeeping and next day I went out for the day came back and again and had to request housekeeping and waited to after 4. The next day I just didn't brother. The pool area is very nice not as bright as the pictures show online but it was still nice. The restaurant had great food and service. Was there for their Thanksgiving buffet aswell and everything was great nice and fresh hot The free breakfast is in the restaurant set up as a buffet style can't bring anything back to your room but that was okay it was nice. A good variety. I honestly wouldn't book this place again tho I was very disappointed with the service and looks of the room. Definitely not even close to what the pictures online look.

The property was extremely dated, the cleanliness was well below acceptable including moldy walls, dirty bathrooms, stained sheets and there were many things that didnt work. Overall the location, price and friendly staff made it work for our family but the poor comdition of the rooms, common areas and building need to seriously be adressed.

The room was dated, and the bathroom was not clean (sink wouldn't drain, full of hair). Bathtub has loads of hair on the wall. There was only one towel, and no shampoo (but 3 body lotions). When I used the conditioner on my daughter's hair, there was almost nothing in the bottle, so I assume it was left from a previous guest. Carpet was unvacuumed.

Lousy management.

First the light in our room at the entrance did not work. Later we found that the tv was not working. Offered to send someone after 11:00 to look at it. After much complaining they send someone who found the problem and fixed. We then found out that one of the lamps was broken and could not be opened. When we left we advised we were unhappy and asked to be compensated. The desk clerk said he couldn’t do anything and refused to let us speak to the manager. Terrible experience.,

Our room was very run down, tiles falling off walls. Tub insert and tub tiling falling off and terribly patched up. Needs major upgrades. Price of rooms way too much for the quality. Kids loved courtyard area with pool and pool table (should be free to play for guest not have to rent by the hour). Staff were very friendly and responsive but hotel is very old.

The room was very very clean. What impressed me the most was the A/C vent. Usually this is overlooked but not here. You can see they take care of their hotel. The pool area is really nice

Fine for our q night stay- older property

Tired property but fine for a stopover for us. Kids (13&15) enjoyed the pool. Breakfast- eggs potatoes and sausage, yogurt, cereal juice etc. Had to be eaten in restaurant area- couldn't take to room.

Not clean, No ventilation in the bathroom, mold on walls in bathroom Walls in room damaged Stains on mattress The crib was a pack n play and it was VERY OLD and wobbly not safe at all I could not put my newborn in that and it was not clean either Carpet was also dirty , overrall the hotel needs renovation the bathtub was stained shower curtain stained , dirt in the corners of floor in bathroom … I wanted to leave when I saw the room but the price of the hotel was very expensive so we had no choice but to stay ..

The bathrooms didn't have a fan so the walls & ceiling were very moldy and dirty. The beds were old and sinking in at the middle of the matress. The walls were.very thin so you could hear the next rooms. The back door didn't lock all day so it stayed unlock till 11.

room was very worn. bedskirt looked like it was attacked by a cat. there was blood splattered on the wall beside the bed up near the ceiling. bed wasnt made very well. pillows felt old. furniture was worn. side doors into the hotel r unlocked until 11 pm which is not safe and allows ANYONE to gain access to the hallways. this is careless on the hotels part. shower was strong and hot - one good thing.
