Wonderful place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, minutes from Main Street and Luckenbach. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of space. Definitely recommend it. We would stay there again. Thank you.

Cute Duplex

This is a great duplex located just off Main Street. In fact I found it easier to take the back roads in town and found parking easily. They have a fenced yard. Very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. The location of the home is great. It was clean and had fun games for us to play. The house was very cute. The owner responded to my messages right away and handled everything immediately. It was a great stay. I would stay here again.

Fredericksburg Reunion

We arrived for a 3 night stay for a reunion of college friends. Not knowing the layout of Fredericksburg, we thought we might be within walking distance of the tourist/Mainstreet area…but the VRBO location was just a quick drive over. The VRBO is set up for 6 guests and a great game room. The laundry area is spacious and we found the kitchen outfitted well for meal preparation. It is more spacious than other VRBOs we have booked.

Perfect spot

My friends and I really enjoyed this place for our short stay! Although listed as 2 bedrooms, it is kind of 3 bedrooms since the sleeper couch is in a separate room from the living room and has a glass door. That was a pleasant surprise and our group of 4 slept comfortably. Location is great being less than 5 min drive from Main Street and also a Walmart which came in handy when we forgot to pack some things. My only suggestion is maybe a full length mirror. Other than that, it was great!

A wonderful time was had by all. Loved the location, within minutes of EVERYWHERE! Very clean and comfortable. Chris replied to all texts quickly. Loved the fully fenced in yard for our dogs.

Cleanliness and Communication with the owner

Our 3 nights stay at the place were relaxing. Photos shows exactly as advertise. Spacious and decorated nicely very clean and communication with the owner is easy. Location is a bit busy as it was along the main street with vehicle noise but, it gets quiet around midnight.

small miscommunication on door lock

you were good about telling us how to get inside but in no communications did you tell us about hitting the check button after entering the Yale button and code.after about 30 minutes we accidentally figured it out. something you might want to think about is the inch and a half step between game room and living room The floor tile is such a good match that it creates an illusion that the floor is continuous and has no step. We all stubbed out toes several times. Other than those few items we had a wonderful stay. Thank you

A good place for family

Our family enjoyed our visit here in Fredericksburg. It is about a mile walk to downtown, but it was a pleasant stroll through the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. It would be nice to have some furniture to set up suitcases in one of the bedrooms. There is also a small tripping hazard going from the living room to the game room.

We would stay again, the house was clean and everything we could need was there ! The fence for fur kid was a plus! The host was very communicative and checked in via texts with us / 5 stars and would return ! Quality Family Time

We spent a few days in the beautiful town of Fredricksburg with our 2 kids during their winter break from school. It was a much needed vacation and family time. The home was very clean, the owner was super quick to respond to any questions we had and the neighbors were nice. The location is close to the square and easily accessible to conveniences. The house has 2 bedrooms, but is spacious enough for air mattresses in the game and living rooms if more than 4 are traveling in your party.
