We were told there was no hot water as we were checking in. They offered a refund, but it was 8 PM and there was nowhere else to check in. When we got to the room, the bedskirt was ripped and the toilet wasn’t working. All in all this was an awful hotel, and very poor customer service!

No frills hotel with 1950s style, excellent customer service. We were greeted as family. The hotel was aged but immaculately clean. The yogurt parfait option with fresh fruit at breakfast was a nice surprise. Our room was perfectly quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Would return!

Booked a room for a quick stop on a long road trip. Didn't need much, didn't expect much, but nonetheless I was super impressed. The bed was SO comfortable, the water pressure on the shower was perfect, and the Continental breakfast was above-average thanks to an attendant that kept everything clean and tidy. For a quick crash pad it was such a restful and rejuvenating night's stay. And the price was very reasonable!

Not a good experience

The first room i was in wasnt cleaned properly. Still had hair in the bathtub, toilet and sink. They switched me to a different room and i had the same issues. I just ended up cleaning the tub and sink myself i just didnt want to go through the motions of changing rooms for a second time.

This was a great spot. Not new or fancy (more like "retro old") but clean and quiet and enjoyable. Breakfast had an attendant serving which was nice. Gonna mark this place as my go to when passing through.

what I liked was it was clean. What I didn't like was that the entry doors to the rooms were outside and most of all is that I chose this hotel because the pet fee on the website was $10.00 per dog per night. when I got here the hotel front desk man told me it was $20, per dog per night. when I told him that the hotel pet policy on website was $10. per dog s he told me that was not the hotels responsibility for wrong price it is Expedia's mistake. I won't stay here again or use Expedia again.
