Great place to stay in Fort Walton

Great condo with fantastic views of the Gulf. Beach services were great as well. Close to most amenities.

Great stay

We chose this location to be close to our kids and grandkids who were staying in the next condo over. We debated on staying in places further away and cheaper but I was concerned about being able to park in the public parking. We were glad we stayed here as even in early May the parking lot filled up and we watched many have to drive away.

Very Nice!!

This is a very nice place to stay, just a few steps from the beach. Jerry Lynn is the host, and she is lovely. We will definitely be back this summer!

Good condo except for…

This condo was ok. It did not have a shower in the guest bedroom. The north elevator worked some of the time. The lights in the guest bedroom were really just two lamps that you had to manually cut on/off. It was clean all necessary items were there.

Pool was heated and relaxing. Anytime I had a question or concern it was immediately addressed with quick responses. Was concerned about arriving late and getting to Nautilus with the code but it all worked so smoothly we would come again.

The entire condo makes you feel no matter where you are, you are always on a balcony. We loved the convenience of the elevator right outside our door. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows looking out to the bay and the ocean. Definitely one of my favorite bedrooms that I have had the pleasure of waking up in. The condo is so close to everything and so quiet. We even lucked out with the perfect day to take an excursion to Crab Island and highly recommend Happy’s for the experience & price! Having the chairs and umbrella on the beach each day was a major plus and they even have kayaks you can rent cheaper than most places on the island. We can’t wait to return again*

Outdated and in need of maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was only 1 elevator for 2 buildings with 7 floors and sometimes the 1 elevator was not even working. Climbing 6 flights of stairs with your beach gear and 3 children after being on the beach is not a pleasant experience. The lighting in the rooms were terrible it was dim and dark the whole time. Thank goodness for the windows in the master bedroom or else you can't see anything. The lighting in the master bathroom is non existent you along with water pressure and hot water. The room smelled like roach spray and yet we still came across numerous little roaches in our condo. All of the luggage carts are placed directly in front of the elevator making it extremely inconvenient for people trying to get on and off the elevator because it is so crowded. The space is outdated and in need of renovations. The furniture is too bulky for the space with only 1 couch facing the TV. I work remotely so I need Wifi on trips and the Wifi was very weak.

The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of no casserole pan, but we just got disposable metal ones. The office workers were very helpful and nice. The condominium also had floats,chairs and toys for the kids. Overall it was a great experience and I will rent from them again.
