Nice spot to see ocean and sunsets and sunrises. You need to include cards and pens….we couldn’t find any. Also wish you had a hot tub cuz it was usually cold and windy.

Beautiful Views

Communication prior and throughout stay was great! The views are outstanding and being able to sit on the balcony and soak up the sun and see and hear the waves was delightful! The condo was clean and decor was "beachy" and fun! Had a wonderful visit!

The condo was right on the beach with an amazing view. The beach access was close and the pool was too. We were fortunate to see two beach weddings going on from our balcony. I will definitely be back!!!

Spacious View

This property has a double spacious view of the ocean almost the entire length of the living area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and anything needed for cooking. I loved the abundance of hooks for hanging hats, towels, purses, etc. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the host was super responsive. It’s a great location, not too busy, but close to food and activities. I’m sure we will book again in the future.

GREAT Stay

201 at the Islander was FANTASTIC. It was exactly as portrayed in the pictures and write up. The location was superb, quiet yet only a few minutes away to great eating and attractions. Beach as awesome. Staff very friendly. Had no problems. Kenneth was a gem to work with at Itrips Fort Walton. We could NOT have asked for any better. Will request again.

Way beyond my expectations

This property was amazing the 2 full bathrooms and two separate bedrooms were just perfect for my 2 daughters, 2 granddaughters and I everything was clean and the condo had just what we needed. Ken and Carrie were amazing and in my opinion went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Small things mean so much when your planning a trip. Highly recommend this property

Beach Vacation

We had an amazing time! The condo was close to the beach and had everything we needed!!! If I had feedback for the owners, it would be to upgrade some things for the condo. Spending a bunch of money for a week, there should be some better appliances, furniture and dishes. We understand being close to the beach is a perk but it could use some updating on those items. Overall, it was a great rental and would use again!!

Amazing view from the spacious balcony!

This condo has the most amazing view from the large balcony and the double sliders/windows that span the width of the condo! The unit is very spacious and was very clean! We appreciated the 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom as well as the full size washer and dryer in the unit. We saw dolphins from the balcony every morning. There was great communication and quick responses when asking for recommendations. We look forward to renting this unit again!

We Love Fort Walton Beach

Absolutely loved the condo. Loved the overall location in relation to everything in town. Our condo’s location near the beach was amazing! Small issues…appliances definitely need updating. TV was challenging to use. Limited channels. Water lukewarm at times. But we would stay here again without hesitation. Overall, it was incredible!

Lover the condo beach decor and the size 6if the beds and the large living area

I loved that there were two double beds in the 2nd bedroom so the kids didn't have to share a bed. There was a fan in that room to use as noise machine and block out outside noise. The decor was adorable. The carpet was fairly new and the couches were in good condition. The master bed was very comfortable. The balcony is huge with nice outdoor furniture. We enjoyed having beach chairs included and we used one of the free entertainment packages and went on the dolphin cruise with snorkeling.

Wonderful Condo!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! I give it a 4.999999 out of 5! Was extremely clean, did not see one Insect! Has a marvelous view and is close to trash chute, beach and pool! Only reason I didn’t give it a five is because you are only provided with four towels and two small trash bags. Bring extra towels if you don’t want to wash every night or have more than four people! However...they do provide beach towels! We had a great stay!

60th Birthday Surprise Stay

I planned a 60th birthday surprise week for 3 other ladies. The property was beautiful and felt very safe. I would ike to see more than 2 trash bags for the kitchen and at least 3 rolls of TP under each sink in the bathroom. We ran out of both items. Also a bath mat in each bathroom would be great. But other then that, our stay was perfect.

This is the one!!!

My mother and I stayed at this wonderful condo during our third annual trip to Fort Walton. As much as we enjoyed the other two condos, we both agree that we don't want to stay anywhere else!! The condo was spotless and beautiful. We enjoyed looking at all the decorations and even picked up some decorating tips to use at home (love the shells on the lamps). The kitchen had more appliances than I have ever seen at a vacation rental (I was THRILLED to find a mixer to make meringue for my key lime pie!). The shower was absolutely perfect and so much better than my shower at home. And, of course, there was the view!!! We loved, loved, loved the double balcony/windows. All this lead to some daydreaming about owning and living in our own condo just like this one. It is perfect!! On a side note, don't miss Stewby's seafood restaurant right down the street.

Stunning views with quiet evenings & mornings

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a vacation that is mostly quiet and laid back, but within a few minutes drive of the hustle and bustle of busy Destin, this is it! The condo has great amenities, very clean and the views were breath taking. It really does have every kitchen appliance to cook meals every night. Every morning, we enjoyed coffee watching the sunrise and the beach doesn’t get busy until about 9 AM. Plenty of time for a morning beach walk in silence. The evenings are just as relaxed. At about 5-6, the beach clears out and only those taking pictures, fishing and beach-walkers are out. After sunset, a few families come out to crab hunt with flashlights but by 10, it’s quiet and you hear nothing but waves. Ken was so great and kind! He made sure our stay was lovely and troublefree, so much so that we even stayed one extra night. I highly recommend this place and we will be back!

Beautiful view but needs updating

The view from this unit is fantastic - as is the beach and ocean here. However the unit itself and the building needs updating. The two sets of sliding doors to the balcony were old and rusted with only a small slot to put your fingers in to open & close (no handles). They were very difficult to use. Balcony furniture good. Other furniture & mattresses could use updating. Every day the building staff would hose off the walkways between the elevator and rooms (exterior entrances, not closed in) and the remaining water would pool in front of the unit door and in short hallway to unit. It was slippery and dangerous.

Filthy condo

When we arrived at approx. 4:30pm we found crusty oatmeal or something on counter and down the side of the fridge. Stove very grease covered. silverware, glasses, dishes etc., were grimy/dirty. Mold on bathroom ceiling in shower. Baseboards filthy, comforter on bed dirty and had black hairs on it. Had to run comforters and sheets through washing machine. Had to cover sofas with sheets to sit on them. Fabric sofa and loveseat smell like body odor. Cleaning crew should be spraying sofas with Lysol disinfectant after every cleaning. Ceilings around a/c vents in bedrooms have dust hanging. Tops of all furniture dirty with stuck on food or god knows what. . Basically, this place is disgusting. My wife and I cleaned for 3 hrs before we would settle in but had to go purchase cleaning supplies first. Called them hoping they would remove the cleaning fee since no one cleaned the condo. You would think that they would take the cleaning fee off our bill, or refund one night stay since we spent the night purchasing cleaning products and cleaning. Nope! Offered a free excursion in which we had no interest and declined/cancelled. After driving 91/2 hrs, this was the last thing we wanted to face. Finally had the place acceptable to settle in at about 9:00pm. However, Ft Walton is a beautiful beach and we did have a good time. We will be back to ft Walton but we will not be staying here. We normally stay at pelican isle which is a couple buildings down from this one but waited too long to book so it wasn’t available. Will make sure we book earlier at pelican isle. It was absolutely spotless.
