El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Overall this is our favorite condo on Okaloosa Island Ft Walton Beach. Loved everything, condo, beach, pool and location.

Loved it here!!

Stayed here in October 2015 and absolutely loved it. Best of both worlds because you have a view of both the bay from the kitchen and the gulf from the living room and bedroom. Beautifully furnished and updated. Great TVs throughout - they even had Netflix in the living room. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this unit!!!

Our stay at 165 El Matador

Nice place located at the end of Santa Rosa Blvd. It’s quiet and family oriented. We really enjoyed our stay. Only thing we had an issue with was the water pressure in the shower, other than that, I would recommend staying here. Beach access was easy, two pools to enjoy, bbq grills to use and so much more.

Nice accommodations.

Great view! Clean, well furnished, well nice accommodations. Snag at checkin with wrong access code was pretty quickly addressed. Good outcome. Will stay here again.
