I booked this reservation with a Expedia agent. And then I got to the property went to check in and asked them about the use of the pool. Well I was informed that it was down apparently needing repairs. And I had just come from motel 6 where their pool was being renovated. So it was really hot I had been traveling back from California and to find out that both places during the summer didn’t have a pool for me to cool off in was so frustrating. At that point I was very mad. Checked in because I was tired, hot, and pretty upset and did not want to keep looking for another place to stay with a pool. And so I feel as good customer service to me I should at least get a discount or one free night at my next booking say in Rock Port Texas? I feel that would be very courteous to help make up for my Lousy experience at the Quality Inn. The pool situation was a great big disappointment. Please respond to my request? Thank You Susie Vivas
